RECIPIENT
Jocelyne Espinal is a Lee University alum, and served with Africa Freedom Mission in Zambia in July 2022. She was the first recipient of a mission grant by the Toomey/Elliott family in honor of Chris, as they had just begun the process of establishing The Impact Collective.
