Isaac Elliott

Director of Creative Engagement

Isaac Elliott serves as the Director of Creative Engagement for The Impact Collective, where he brings together his love for Jesus, spiritual formation, and creative storytelling to help people encounter the gospel in fresh and meaningful ways. With a background in communications and a master’s degree in theological studies, Isaac believes that a camera lens, a well-told story, or a mission trip can all become powerful pathways for sharing Jesus.

Before stepping into the nonprofit world, Isaac spent four years serving in collegiate Residence Life and later two years as a college pastor–experiences that shaped his heart for discipleship, relational ministry, and walking alongside emerging generations as they explore faith and calling. A former athlete, he is passionate about the opportunity for student-athletes to use their gifts to open doors for Gospel conversations.

A gifted photographer and videographer, Isaac rarely goes anywhere without a camera in hand. He sees creativity as a spiritual invitation, an opportunity to tell God’s story with beauty, honesty, and joy. An Enneagram 7 to his core, he brings energy, curiosity, and a sense of adventure to everything he does. He loves good books, shooting hoops, running, and meaningful conversation over great coffee.

Isaac is husband to his college sweetheart, Brooke, and dad to their daughter and to a son arriving March 2026–his favorite and most joy-filled adventure yet. In all he does, Isaac seeks to inspire others to live with purpose and a deeper awareness of God’s presence in every moment.
